To make a booking request, please click on View Hall Availability – this will take you to a calendar of activities where you can scroll through to the date(s) you’re interested in. Click on the ‘+’ sign for the room you wish to book.
If the time slot is available, you will be given two options. These are to:
- log in, if you are already set up as a customer of East Horsley Village Hall
- set yourself up as a customer, by completing your details, and creating a password (you will be sent an email to verify your email address – please check your spam if not received within a few minutes)
Then you will be able to submit your booking request
